The National Association of Industrialists and Distributors for the Graphic Industry, AC (ANIDIGRAF, AC), located at Viena No. 160, Col. Del Carmen, Coyoacán, MÉXICO, D.F. 4100, is responsible for collecting your personal data, its usage, and its protection.
The National Association of Industrialists and Distributors for the Graphic Industry, AC (ANIDIGRAF, AC) collects information from the following actors:
- The general public interested in attending any of the events, activities, or exhibitions organized by the National Association of Industrialists and Distributors for the Graphic Industry, AC (ANIDIGRAF, AC) in Mexico
- Individuals or companies that establish a commercial relationship with the National Association of Industrialists and Distributors for the Graphic Industry, AC (ANIDIGRAF, AC), whether they are Clients or Suppliers

- Personal or business address

- Gender (Male, Female)
- Statistical information related to our events (Products of interest, How they learned about us, etc.)
None of the requested data is considered sensitive according to the
Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
The statistical information we collect depends on each event and is mentioned herein solely for illustrative purposes, not as an exhaustive list.
To comply with international standards, ANIDIGRAF will enter exclusivity agreements with companies that adhere to proper legal handling of information.
Data we collect from companies with which the National Association of Industrialists and Distributors for the Graphic Industry, AC (ANIDIGRAF, AC) has a commercial relationship:
- Company Name
- Federal Taxpayer Registry
- Fiscal Address (Street and No., Colony, City, State, Country)
- Articles of Incorporation
- CEO Name
- CEO Phone and Email
- Legal Representative Name
- Legal Representative Phone and Email
- Responsible for Payments (Clients) and their Phone and Email
- Responsible for Collections (Suppliers)
- Responsible for Collections Phone and Email
- Any other necessary contact to ensure proper commercial relationship management
- Additional data required by authorities to comply with legal or fiscal obligations
Use of information from the general public: Data collected from the general public will be used to inform about event dates, exhibitor lists, and relevant information, as well as to evaluate services offered.
The ways we can contact the general public are as follows:
- Postal Mail
- Email
- Messages to Mobile Phones and Social Networks
- Phone Calls
Methods used to collect this information:
- Pre-registration form on the event’s website.
- Paper registration forms sent to the contact address.
- Registration forms at event accreditation.
- Telephone updates of the data.
Under special circumstances, ANIDIGRAF enters into agreements with Chambers, Associations, or companies that professionally specialize in collecting data, to obtain databases of individuals or companies related to the events. These directories or databases must be authorized by law and have their own privacy policies allowing the use of information by third parties.
We inform the general public that to enter any of our events, an identification badge provided by ANIDIGRAF, AC is required, which contains the following data:
- Full Name
- Company
- Position
- Barcode identifying the person
- RFID Band with code identifying the person
Exhibitors may have different technological devices to read the badge and access the visitor’s information provided to ANIDIGRAF at registration.
The general public acknowledges that by allowing the badge to be read, they authorize the company to use their data according to the company’s privacy policies.
ANIDIGRAF, AC is not responsible for how exhibitors handle the information collected from visitors.
The general public implicitly consents to receive promotional messages about the event or related services/products from exhibitors.
Regarding information collected from individuals or companies with which ANIDIGRAF has a commercial relationship, it is used for:
- Contract preparation
- Invoice issuance
- Telephone/email/in-person contact for collections, document delivery, or commercial follow-up
- Reports requested by authorities in Mexico, as required by law or regulations
To manage personal data and develop technological means for collecting information, ANIDIGRAF may hire companies in Mexico or abroad specialized in these activities. Such companies are subject to the guidelines in this document.
We commit not to transfer personal information to third parties without consent, except as provided in Article 37 of the
Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
We use
web beacons* to obtain personal information such as:
- Browser type and operating system
- Website through which you accessed our site (promotional links)
- Time spent on certain pages
- Page visit order within our website
Privacy Notice and Dispute Information:
The general public has the right to access, rectify, cancel, object to, or revoke consent regarding their personal data, through a letter that must meet the following requirements:
- Addressed to the “Customer Service” department
- Delivered in person or by certified mail to ANIDIGRAF, AC at the address in this privacy notice
- Specify the reason for accessing, rectifying, or canceling the data
If you do not wish to receive messages, the procedure must be carried out via letter as above, stating your “No” consent.
The response times are those in effect under the
Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
We reserve the right to modify or update this privacy notice at any time due to legislative changes, internal policies, or new requirements for our services/products.
These modifications will be available to the public through our website.
